You might be saying, "Hey, why are you already posting stuff for 2021 if there's still a month and a bit left?"

Well, the reality is that this year has gone by super fast, and we want you to start preparing right away so that next year nothing gets in your way and you can get off to a great start!

So here are some tips that might work for you:

Reflect on your goals

We know that 2020 was tough and that it may have put obstacles in your way that prevented you from achieving some of your goals, especially those that involved going out or traveling.

And let's face it, this new normal will be with us for at least a little while longer. However, don't get depressed; consider this year as training to make you stronger. If you haven't noticed, you've managed to adapt to all the changes and you're here, which is a huge success!

Now the next step is to think: What goals am I going to achieve in this new year? And what goals can I adapt to work better with this new normal?

The trick is to see the alternatives to continue achieving your goals and not get stuck.

Bullet Journal: Be more organized and disciplined

For some, the simple words: organization and discipline make them cringe because it can sound boring, or simply makes them lazy.

But the reality is that, to a greater or lesser extent, discipline and organization are essential to achieving what we want. Without organization, we can't make the time to achieve our goals, and without discipline, we can't have the perseverance to practice and improve.

For those who find it difficult to achieve these two things, there are methods that can make adopting these two qualities easier and even more fun.

Bullet Journal, for example, is a great methodology created by designer Ryder Carroll, where you take a blank notebook and use it as a planner to organize not only your day-to-day life, but also your thoughts. All with the goal of being more productive, motivating yourself, and understanding yourself better.

The great thing about this method is that it's very free-form, since, as we mentioned before, the notebook is blank, so you do everything by hand, imbuing it with your essence, adapting it to your needs, and filling it with your creativity.

In this notebook you can incorporate routines, reflections and even trackers , which are tables that allow you to keep track of your habits or anything else so you can be more consistent in what you do.

We understand that the notebook itself requires consistency and discipline to create. So you don't have to start from scratch, either because you don't know how or because you're afraid of being inconsistent and giving up, there's the My Bullet Journal notebook, which already has printed exercises and trackers to help you implement this new methodology flawlessly.

The best part is that even though my Bullet Journal has prints, it has enough space and a "neutral" design so you can add your own touch.

Take it easy and enjoy

Finally, keep it all relaxed and fun. Keep in mind that you can't know everything that will happen, and there will always be things that stop you. But take it as a learning experience, because you can do anything you set your mind to.

2020 may have thrown you a curveball, but now you're a new person. 2021 will be yours!
